For starters, he’s happily married to ABC broadcast journalist and correspondent Gio Benitez. He also runs his own lifestyle website, TalkingWithTommy.com. On top of that, he manages his own marketing and branding company, while collaborating with some of the world’s most notable brands on launches and campaigns. And of course, he’s active on social media.

But despite his hectic schedule, he understands the importance of taking time off, and loves the opportunities summer opens up for him, and “the freedom for more adventures.” Because at the end of the day, he believes: “That’s what’s really important in life, spending time with those we love.” In the upcoming months, DiDario has a trip to Italy in store with his husband – he says, “I get to show him where my family is from, and enjoy that delicious homemade red wine” – and also plans on covering the opening of Pandora, the new Avatar-themed land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. He confesses, “I’m a huge Disney fan!”

Though his schedule is packed year-round, the one thing DiDario won’t sacrifice is a proper grooming regimen. “I am a huge believer in taking care of your skin,” he says. As for his go-to products, he loves Cremo’s Face Wash, Cooling Shaving Cream, and All-In-One SPF 20 Face Lotion. DiDario appreciates the soap-free and PH-neutral formula of the face wash, because “it leaves your face feeling moisturized (as opposed to taut and dry).” The cooling peppermint and menthol in the shave cream “feels amazing on the skin” and is especially refreshing during the hot, humid summer months. Plus, it gives me an amazingly smooth and close shave.

Lightweight and fast-absorbing, the face lotion features an SPF of 20, which is terrific for everyday wear. But if you believe sunscreen is only necessary when it’s sunny out, think again. “Skin cancer is very real and far too many people are getting it, so why not take the simple step of protecting it with an SPF?” says DiDario. “Also, if you don’t use an SPF, you will be more inclined to develop wrinkles, sun spots, dry skin, and other skin-related problems.” If anything, view it as an easy, yet smart investment for your face. You wear it every day, so you can prevent future damage. As DiDario puts it: "Trust me, you’ll be thanking yourself later in life by protecting your skin today.”
