When you first take in Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's remarkable lack of body fat and alien-like muscle mass, it's immediately clear that he is a naturally athletic dude who is also very committed to working out. Same story with his complete inability to age; this is not the work of moisturizer alone but a cocktail of good genes (he is black and Samoan, if you were wondering) as well as good habits. Since none of us has any control over our ethnicity though, we might as well try to cop The Rock's magic potions and hope for the best. They are, it turns out, wonderfully indulgent.

If you've ever come across Neutrogena Cream Cleanser—which is probable, given that it has been a drugstore staple (and teenage-girl favorite) for decades—you know that it is the skincare equivalent of a white Russian. It is silky and tingly (thanks, menthol!) with a heavy consistency that takes a few extra minutes to get through.

Topping a $5 face wash off with a $175 moisturizer is so The Rock (he really should be in politics) and also a good skincare lesson we can all learn from: hydration is everything. You might not be able to afford Lancer or Le Mer, which makes your face feel like the bottom of a baby's foot, but at least spend more than $15. Pampering your skin is important.

Adding that tequila (a.k.a. the "healthy" alcohol) is part of his skincare routine is just a bit of Johnson's signature charm. Still, if a man that looks this good at 45 is saying that a little bit of booze won't turn your face into a baseball glove, we're inclined to run with it.

We have to be honest, this is the skincare regimen we've been waiting our whole lives for.
