This New Fitness Brand Keeps It Simple, Functional, and Really Good

Ten Thousand, a new fitness brand that aims to keep your workout gear refreshingly simple and functional, got off the ground. In this massively crowded space, there is a lot of noise, and frankly, a lot of crap. So when a company like Ten Thousand comes along to strip everything down to the basics, we're always stoked. As of now, there are only two products you can shop: a pair of workout shorts, and a shirt to go with 'em. Founders Keith Nowak and Eugenio Labadie say they started the brand because they were frustrated by constant turnover in styles that they found wasteful and confusing. The pair also believe that it's their simplicity that sets them apart. Which it just might, considering their product assortment of one shirt and one pair of shorts at the moment. But, you know, that's really all you need. (More layers are on the way, FYI.) In the grand tradition of companies born after 2014, Ten Thousand is pretty ethical. Each garment is created in partnership with 2Rewear, a company that recycles used athletic apparel to be turned into new clothing (don't worry, it gets washed). All in all, it's the minimalist answer to over-neoned, hyped, and played-out workout gear. If that's your thing—and we don't see why it wouldn't be—add 'em to your roster.
