Jeremy Lin is now three teams removed from his Linsane stint with the New York Knicks in 2011-12, when he became one of mankind's most-worshipped humans. He just joined the Charlotte Hornets this summer, and began the arduous journey that is navigating a new team. It means unfamiliar teammates and unfamiliar systems in an unfamiliar city. And sometimes, the key to nailing your fresh start begins with a fresh 'do. So as Lin tries to find himself and his game in his new life, these are also a time of soul searching... for his hair.

But then he took to Twitter, and, complete with a classic kidding-but-not-really-kidding insult, addressed a worried fan's concern over his changing hairdo. It was here we first learned something was afoot...

Then two days later, Lin showed up to the Hornets' media day, sporting this:

It was only a matter of time before somebody brought spikes back! And we thought it had finally happened with the new and improved Jeremy Lin, Linsanity Part Deux: The Resurrection, primed for a big comeback season in Charlotte.

BUT then, out of nowhere, Lin shows up in China, rocking a very '90s Boy Meets World bowl cut:

Now, he's catching straight heat on Twitter for his latest hairstyle. And to that we say: you do you, Jeremy Lin! But if you ever were to ask us, what you should go with? Well, we'd have to say: Swerve with the spikes ALL DAY, young fella.
