Ryan Reynolds grooming look is all "who dis?" in the best way. It's low-fi and natural, in all its salt-and-pepper glory, but not boring either. Jonah Hill's beard might not be quite as well maintained as Gyllenhaal's but his messily slicked-back hair is a good look in any case.
