The models in the Jil Sander show had some of the most neatly groomed hair in Milan. We caught up with the event’s hair stylist Guido Palau for the inside scoop on how to get what we’re dubbing the no-part part:
"First, you need a healthy head of hair so people know that you’re not doing it for other reasons. Then, brush all of your hair forward from the crown in a way that you can’t really tell where it’s brushed from. It’s a very late 60s, early 70s look. When you see it done now, especially with Jil’s clothes, it feels minimal. It’s okay -to have straggly hair when you’re young, but few guys can keep that up--I always think very groomed hair looks good. It’s very GQ."
