The quickest way to tone down the creepy old man vibe on a graying beard is to follow Jordan Peele's lead here and wear it with a young-guy buzz-cut (and a really nice suit). We especially appreciate the fact that his haircut is super tight while his beard is a little longer and messier. That's the golden grooming ratio you're always aiming for.

Jon Hamm's been loosening up his grooming game over the last year or so, and looking better all the time because of it. He's also one of the only guys we know who looks good through every single stage of the beard-growing process. Best Beard Accessorizing: Dwayne Johnson

As a professional charmer, The Rock finds a way to make even the most serious things in life seem super chill and fun. Like beards! With a big, wide (and admirably white) smile and a pair of classic shades the actor proves that your beard doesn't have to turn you into Gollum in spirit too.
