If you go to the gym regularly, you know that there's always that one old guy who goes through the motions on dumbbell curls and leg presses, usually in a pit-stained T-shirt and sweats he's owned since 1998. Russian President Vladimir Putin is one such old guy, as these new photos of him getting his reps in clearly demonstrate.

Take a look at the fit. The V-neck and sweats don't do him any favors, and the giant gloves make him look like a giant dork. (Is he trying to prove how tough he is?) Although, maybe as Americans we shouldn't be throwing shade at other world leaders and their gym outfits, considering our own Barry O has been known to sport some pretty disappointing looks.

We just have one important question for Putin regarding his footwear choice: What are thoooooooooooose?!!!
