We already told you that Alfonso Cuaron’s latest film, Gravity was pretty much perfect. And it looks like the majority of you agreed. The film made a record setting $55.6 million this past weekend.

Despite the box office success, the film wasn’t without its detractors. Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, who otherwise enjoyed the film, debunked some of the film’s science via Twitter, asking about some of the "Mysteries of #Gravity" himself, such as:

Mysteries of #Gravity: Why Bullock’s hair, in otherwise convincing zero-G scenes, did not float freely on her head.

— Neil deGrasse Tyson (@neiltyson) October 6, 2013

That said, Clooney’s close-cropped hair in the film provided no mysteries there, except we think if he’d kept his suave side part, a little water-based pomade would’ve done the trick of keeping it in place in microgravity. Given how far he’s come from his ’80s mullet, we’ll take any small step away from that, although his modern salt-and-pepper look is definitely a giant leap, style-wise.
