For whatever reason, maybe due to some insane fitness regime or the fact that Los Angeles experienced a record-breaking heat wave this weekend, Hemsworth shared a before and after of himself getting into a giant ice bath with the very descriptive caption “Here's to ice baths and flexing in tiny shorts”. Normal people hide at IKEA when the temperature reaches a steamy 120-degrees, famous people set up luxurious dunking pools in their backyards (and have central air).

What adds insult to injury is that it is now mid-July, which means you can’t even really use Liam Hemsworth's selfie as motivation to achieve your best-ever “summer body”. You’ve just got to stare his abs in the face, then look down at whatever you’ve got going on, stuff some delicious BBQ in your mouth, and move on until next summer.
