He’s come out on the other side of that teenage experience looking good—good enough to basically make a living off his mug. Having been through rashes, razor burns, and the rest, Smith knows the look and feel of a solid shaving cream. He recognizes it in Cremo.
“Their shave cream is insanely good because you only need a tiny bit, added with water, to get an extremely slick product which gives a really comfortable shave,” Smith says. “Also, it’s light and leaves my skin feeling hydrated after I’m finished, as opposed to dry and rough like some other shave creams and gels.”
Smith shaves in the shower, letting the steam and heat open his pores to allow for a closer shave. He’ll bust out the razor every day or two—and is usually more on top of things in the summer. “I love the look of a clean shave with a bit of a tan. Also, I’m good about moisturizing so it gives you that slight glow when the sun hits your skin,” he says.
He’s got nothing against beards. But he also knows his own facial hair. “I’m as jealous as any other baby-faced dude who wants that big, bushy beard. But I’m experienced enough to recognize that I won’t be looking my best if I try to grow one.”
So for the foreseeable future he’ll be starting most of his days with a fine shave—and using the best products he can find to get it. “Cremo has taken the time to create something that is going to work to get you a close shave while also keeping your skin as healthy and hydrated as possible,” he says. “Don’t use what your Dad used. Be modern, be smart, and try something better.”
